1. Responsibility and contact

CodeMatrix is responsible for decisions about the processing described in this policy. For questions, requests or to exercise rights related to personal data, email anderson@codematrix.com.br.

2. Contact form and data processed

The “Start with the problem” form is the entry point for CodeMatrix Agency. When you submit it, we may process your name, work email, company, phone number, project type and context, investment range, timeline, business profile, main bottleneck, visit source data and consent confirmation.

Do not send passwords, tokens, bank details, health information or other sensitive personal data. You decide whether to complete optional fields.

3. Purposes and basis

We use this data to receive and assess your request, respond, record the business history in the Agency CRM, route the conversation internally, protect the form against abuse and keep evidence of the request. This authorization does not include advertising, campaigns or automatic enrollment in marketing lists. You may withdraw consent through the contact in this policy without affecting previous lawful processing.

4. Digital product purchases

When you select “Buy on Kiwify”, you are directed to Kiwify's external checkout. You provide your name, email, CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian tax identification), phone number and payment information directly to that platform under its policy. CodeMatrix does not receive or store full card details.

To confirm purchases, provide access, offer support, process withdrawal or refund requests, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations, CodeMatrix may receive order details, buyer identification and contact information, product details, amount, payment method and status, and access or delivery records from Kiwify.

5. Technical data and security

Hosting, content delivery and abuse prevention infrastructure may record or process technical data needed for operation and security, such as IP address, access date and time, requested pages, browser or device type, error logs and technical security signals.

This data may be processed to provide the site, protect infrastructure, prevent abuse or fraud, investigate incidents and meet applicable legal obligations. CodeMatrix seeks to minimize data collection and does not use this data to create individual commercial profiles on this site.

6. Providers and international processing

CodeMatrix uses Google Cloud for hosting and CRM records, Resend for transactional communications and Kiwify for checkout, payment, access and digital product delivery. These providers process data needed to provide their services and have their own terms and policies. Processing may occur outside Brazil; CodeMatrix seeks to require security measures and mechanisms permitted by applicable law.

7. Cookies

CodeMatrix does not currently use its own cookies for behavioral advertising, remarketing or audience analytics on this site. Infrastructure and security services may use technical storage or strictly necessary cookies. Before non-essential cookies, analytics or pixels are enabled, this policy and applicable consent mechanisms will be reviewed.

The infrastructure may provide an estimate of the country you access the site from to select the initial site language. When you change the language, a functional cookie remembers your preference for up to one year. This preference is not used for advertising or to create commercial profiles.

8. Sharing and retention

CodeMatrix does not sell visitors' personal data or share it for advertising. CodeMatrix staff and infrastructure or communication processors may access form data only as needed to respond to the request, operate the CRM, maintain security or meet applicable obligations.

Data is kept while the request is being handled and then only for as long as needed for legitimate business records, security, the exercise of rights and compliance with obligations, with restricted access and periodic review. Deletion or consent withdrawal requests may be sent to the contact in section 1 and will be assessed according to the data subject's rights and applicable legal grounds for retention.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, restriction, deletion where appropriate, information about sharing, portability where applicable and withdrawal of consent. To protect data against unauthorized access, we may request reasonable information to confirm your identity.

10. Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site, infrastructure or law. The current version will remain published on this page.
