Assess a repetitive task

How it works

One step forward.
Then another.

Clear stages make the work visible, with scope and responsibilities agreed before execution.

  1. 01

We map how the task is done and the time it currently takes.

  2. 02

We agree the trigger, rules and systems involved.

  3. 03

We build the workflow with failure alerts.

  4. 04

We validate its operation and deliver the documentation.

Before you decide

Your questions.
Clear answers.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

We assess the systems and their integration options before preparing the proposal. The offer covers one workflow between 2 to 3 systems with APIs. Systems without APIs require a separate assessment; licenses, servers and paid APIs are not included.

What if one of the systems is unavailable?

The workflow includes error handling, with retry and alert behavior defined for the process. This does not eliminate third-party downtime. The offer includes one page of documentation and 15 days of adjustments; monthly maintenance is separate.

Can I adapt or expand the solution?

Yes. We start with the base scope on this page and assess your business needs. Additional features, integrations or complexity are defined and priced in the proposal before work begins. The final price and timeline may change with the agreed scope.
