Terms of Use.

These terms govern use of the site and purchases of digital products presented by CodeMatrix, the trading name of ANDERSON HENRIQUE GONCALVES CONSULTORIA EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, CNPJ 55.507.401/0001-24, based at Avenida Paulista, 1106, room 01, 16th floor, Bela Vista, São Paulo/SP, postal code 01310-914, Brazil.

1. Site, services and digital products

The site presents company information, services, courses and Dev Kits. Consulting services require a specific proposal or contract. Digital products identified in the catalog may be purchased under the terms, price and format presented before the order is completed.

Courses are standalone products made available in a members' area. Dev Kits are standalone downloads. Each purchase covers only the product identified at checkout; it does not include a subscription, consulting, implementation or ongoing support unless expressly stated in the offer.

2. Orders, payment and delivery

Payment and access are processed by Kiwify in an external environment. The final price, payment methods and product identity are shown before confirmation. CodeMatrix does not store full card details.

After payment is confirmed, Kiwify emails access instructions to the address provided by the buyer. Courses are available in the members' area and Dev Kits as downloads, as indicated in the purchased product. Access or delivery problems may be reported to anderson@codematrix.com.br.

3. Withdrawal and refunds

The buyer may exercise the statutory right to withdraw within 7 days of purchase through Kiwify's channels or CodeMatrix's email address. Later requests will be assessed under applicable law and the specific terms shown at checkout, without restricting statutory consumer rights.

4. License to use

The purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the material. Reselling, sharing access, redistributing, publishing or making the full content, assistants, examples or files available to third parties is not permitted. Buyers may adapt Dev Kits in their own projects without redistributing the original package as a competing product or library.

5. Outcomes, tools and requirements

The materials are educational and support implementation. Outcomes depend on the buyer's context, decisions and use; there is no guarantee of income, productivity, universal compatibility or business results. Third-party services and tool licenses, including AI providers, are not included unless expressly stated.

The names ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot identify the course topics. CodeMatrix does not claim affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by their respective owners.

6. Permitted use of the site

You may access the site to learn about CodeMatrix. You may not compromise its security or availability, introduce malicious code, bypass technical controls, perform unauthorized automated extraction or use the content in ways that infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Text, trademarks, logos, images, visual elements, code and other content belong to CodeMatrix or are used with permission. Access to the site does not grant a license or transfer of rights. Reproduction, distribution or modification requires prior authorization except where permitted by law.

8. Availability and third parties

CodeMatrix seeks to keep the site available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors or suitability of the content for a particular purpose. The site may be updated, suspended or changed. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their content, terms and privacy practices are not controlled by CodeMatrix.
